Terms of Service

By using Mop Mobile you agree to the following terms:

1. Permitted use: SIM cards and data plans are for lawful personal communication only. Fraud, mass account registration, bypassing platform risk controls, fake identity use, unlawful messaging/calling, and carrier TOS violations are strictly prohibited.

2. Orders & fulfillment: once payment is confirmed, SIMs and numbers are assigned automatically and the order enters activation. Once activated, the number is consumed by the carrier and is usually non-refundable.

3. Accounts: guest orders automatically create a light account by email. Sharing or reselling accounts is prohibited.

4. Agents: agents must follow the agent agreement. False advertising or abusive pricing leads to commission freezes or bans.

5. Changes: these terms may be updated; changes will be posted on this page.
