Flexible Refund Protection

1. Refundable: unactivated physical SIMs within 30 days of purchase; failed or duplicate payments.

2. Non-refundable: activated SIMs (number/plan consumed by carrier), activated eSIM data plans, and orders past 30 days without quality issues.

3. How to apply: sign in and submit a refund ticket from My Orders. We respond within 24 hours; refunds go back via the original method in 5-10 business days.

4. Chargebacks: please contact us first. Filing a bank chargeback directly may freeze your account.
